- Where does it ship?
- Anywhere in the United States. $10, free from $75, USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. Ordered before noon Pacific on a weekday, the bag leaves the same day. No shipping outside the US; Berlin has its own shop at Lützowstraße 92.
- Can it be picked up?
- Yes, free. Choose pick-up at checkout and the bag waits at 821 Traction Ave, usually within a day. Ask at the bar.
- How fresh is it?
- Roasted in Los Angeles in small lots, and the roast date is printed on every bag. Nothing ships that has been sitting around.
- Whole bean or ground?
- Whole bean. A grinder at home does more for the cup than anything else on this page.
- Which coffee for what?
- Espresso is the house espresso, for the machine and for milk. Colombia and Peru are filter roasts: pour over, drip, French press. Decaf Colombia goes both ways. Each page says how it tastes.
- Is there a subscription?
- Not yet. Instagram says first when there is.
- And wholesale?
- Beans by the kilo for coffee shops, offices, restaurants and hotels, from 5 kg. Send the form on the arrangements page; an answer comes within a working day, with prices, a delivery day and a sample if you want one.
- Something wrong with the order?
- Write to [email protected] within seven days of delivery, with the order number and a photograph. Replaced or refunded, your choice. More under shipping and returns.
